Posting and timelines

Creation, corrections, content

The answers below clarify what happens after an order, usual timelines, modification rules and responsibility for submitted content.

Posting is completed online. You enter your information, posting type, location, text, useful files and contact details. You then choose the package, visibility options and confirm the order.

After the order, graphic creation and posting preparation begin. Visuals or publication material are sent by email within the following hours, generally within a maximum of 36 hours, along with a notice of imminent publication. Unless explicit approval is requested before distribution, the posting is normally published within the usual 6 to 12 hours after that email.

One free modification is allowed if requested by email within 72 hours after publication. Any additional or late modification may involve fees. Changes cannot apply to the job title or work location.

For proper tracking, modification requests must be sent by email. Requests made by phone, SMS or social media are not considered official modification requests.

The client remains responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and compliance of submitted content: text, images, logos, contact details, titles, locations and information. We may correct an error attributable to us, but the client must carefully review the information submitted before ordering.

Packages and visibility

REGULAR, FEATURED, VIP, PARTNER

Packages do not all provide the same exposure. Here is the practical difference between the main visibility levels.

REGULAR

Standard visibility

FEATURED

Priority visibility
  • Includes the visual and distribution advantages of the regular package.

  • Priority visibility among the most relevant members based on posting type and region.
  • Monthly email send when included in the package.

VIP

Top-of-list
  • Posting pinned among the first positions on the page when the display context allows it.
  • More frequent email sends when included in the package.
  • Very strong visibility for visitors browsing postings.

PARTNER

Maximum visibility
  • Strongest visibility option.
  • FEATURED and VIP advantages.
  • Added to all eligible email sends.
  • Pinned at the top of the Facebook and LinkedIn groups used for distribution.

Your posting is sent by email directly to thousands of members subscribed to our mailing list. It helps reach members without waiting for them to browse the site.

This option automatically brings the posting back to the top of the list on RXpharmaLAB at the selected frequency. It helps maintain active visibility over time, especially as new postings are added.

Placement may vary based on language, filters, searches, region, posting type and visitor browsing options.

PARTNER is the strongest visibility option. The posting benefits from FEATURED and VIP advantages, is added to all eligible email sends, and may also be pinned at the top of the Facebook and LinkedIn groups used for distribution.

Payment, invoices and promotions

Prices, taxes, refunds

Payment can be completed through PayPal or by credit card when the buttons are displayed. Payment by cheque, transfer or bank wire may be offered only to clients with an approved account or when that method is available for the order.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added based on the province or applicable tax situation. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order and confirmed on the invoice.

No. A promotion or promo code must be applied at the initial order stage. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to an order already completed, except for a promotion applicable to adding options to an existing posting.

After the order, the creation and preparation process begins. No refund is possible after the order is placed. If cancellation is requested before publication, minimum fees may apply to cover work already started. In some cases, instead of a permanent removal, pausing the posting may be possible depending on the purchased duration and applicable conditions.

Fees may apply for a non-sufficient funds cheque, stop payment, or a credit card or PayPal payment that is disputed or reversed.

Management after publication

Member profile

Log in to your member profile. You can view active, pending, paused or expired postings, access statistics, view invoices and add certain options depending on each posting’s status.

A posting longer than 30 days may be paused once. The maximum pause duration corresponds to the initially purchased duration. Reactivation fees may apply when the posting is put back online.

Yes, when the option is available in your member profile. Reposting lets you relaunch a posting for a new visibility period, based on the durations and options offered.

A posting removal can be requested by email. A removed posting does not provide a credit, discount or refund for the remaining time.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accessible. If a prolonged outage affects the distribution of a posting and exceeds the threshold provided in the conditions, the posting period may be extended by an equivalent duration. No refund is granted for this situation.

Rights, images and content

Authorized use

This section summarizes important rules about visuals, supplied photos, external links and informational content.

Visuals created for a posting may be used as provided, without modification, during the paid period. It is prohibited to remove logos, notices, watermarks or original elements, create a derivative version, or reuse the visuals after the paid period without written authorization.

Yes, but by sending them, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights for their use and distribution. You are responsible for permissions related to people, logos, trademarks, photos, licenses or content provided.

External links may be displayed when the option or configuration allows it. External sites remain the responsibility of their owners, and we do not guarantee their content, operation or terms. Additional fees may apply to add an external link to a posting.
